Returns & Exchanges

A Bathing Ape accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Bape plastic dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all hangtags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
